1) It is composed of bend grooving roller, it is used to press groove in the bottom of material.

2) It can bring up when making flat sheet.

1) The main frame of machine is column type structure to ensure machine adjustable.

2) Roller Material is high grade No.45 forged steel, with digital-controlled procession.

3) Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product.

4) The rollers are plated with hard chrome with thickness of 0.05mm on the surface after being machined by the exact machine tool. So that ensure long life of forming rollers.

5) Shaft diameter is 55mm.

6) Quantity of forming rollers : About 13 stations

7) Machine is adjustable to suit for different material width from 390-1200mm width(Maximum 1210mm)One side is fixed, the other side is movable.

8) Move the hand wheel to change the machine to do different width material manually, there is digital display device to show how many width is moved for the machine.

9) Chain and gear move the line, motor drives. All working actions are controlled by PLC electric cabinet automatically.
