Purlin working processing display

Decoiling the sheet→Guiding sheet → Leveling sheet → Punching → Measure length and cutting the sheet→ Roll forming→Product to the run out table


DESCRIPTION

1.Double conic manual decoiler:

1) Un-power; manual decoiler; max. Capacity: 5000kg

2) Suit for coil inner-diameter: various coil diameter

3) Color RAL5017, remove yellow color



2.Leveling device:

1) function.

Release the stub bar of coils, guiding it to leveling device, flatten the coil sheet .

When feeding the coil , the bucket press the stub bar of coils, guiding the coil into leveling device.

The leveling device with feeding rollers and leveling rollers. Feeding rollers can be adjustable to go up and down, which is easy to adjust the distance between leveling rollers and its angle of inclination.

3.Punching system

1) Adopt welded steel frame, it has great rigidity.

2) The horizontal punch distance of the hole can be adjusted manually; vertical position is to be adjusted by inputting parameters into the PLC.

3) Punching die material: Cr12

4) One set punching device.One set notching device, Notching when use post cutting, need to punch off protrusion before roll forming.


4.Pre-Cutting device:

1) The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting.

5.Lubricate device

Used to lubricate forming system to reduce running resistance for GI coils material .

It work as dipping way for lubricating.


6.Post-Cutting Device

1) The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting.

2) The style:pre-cutting, hydraulic driven.

3) Cutter blade material: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment

4) It will have 10mm scrap per each time cutting.

8.PLC Control System

1) This system uses Mitsubishi PLC to control the all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.

2) Mitsubishi converter adjusts speed technology, realize the automatic production.

3)  Touch screen is input and canceled the working data.

4)  Friendly man-machine interface system can be set batches to the workpiece, length, quantity, etc.

5)  Encoder count, having function of count and measuring length.

6)  Suitable power voltage:380V/50HZ/3Phase
