Brief introduction of 3.0*1830 cutting Machine with ISO Quality System:

Technical Parameters of 3.0*1830 cut to length:

1.Leveling machine

15 pieces leveling rollers. 7 pieces is assembled on the upper, and 8 pieces assembled on the lower. They are supported by short supporting rollers.

The worm structure driven by motor adjust the distance between up and lower leveling rollers, there is indicating gauge.    

All leveling rollers are driven by AC motor 、reducer through gear wheel box and gimbal, transducer adjusting speed.

The surfaces of the rollers and the backup rollers are heat treated for greater endurance and surface grinded for better surface quality of the product.

   

2.Lateral fly-cutting device

Function: shear length set material. No stop cutting.

Structure：driven by hydraulic system.

Cut from up position to low position.

Adjust the cutting distance through adjusting work table’s position.

Shearing blade material: Cr12MoV
