DESCRIPTION

Components description of two in one roll forming machine


Machine's Feature: One machine can make two kinds of profile. Client's profile available. 

1. High Accuracy Shaft

Solid shafts dia.72mm.

Solid steel shafts are being tooling twice with grinding machine to ensure final precision. Guarantee buyer get high accuracy sheet from Zhongyuan made machine.


2. Hard Forming rollers with high precision

Each forming roller use CNC machine to polish and machining into designed rollers shape,it can improve rollers accuracy.And planted 0.03-0.05mm hard chrome to make sure machine running more than 15years+ for you.


3.Design bearings inside forming rollers

Design bearings inside the rollers to allow machine run with less loading so that rollers not easy to damage.

Ensure the same speed between all the rollers, no speed difference between rollers, improve the forming accuracy.

Bearings are helping to prolong machine life. Our made forming machines are allowed using more 15 years.


4.Machine frame is processed on surface by 10m planning machine.

Machine frame made from H400 type steel by welding,planned on surface to guarantee precision.

All the screw bolts with grade 8.8(Some other factories use low grade4.8) to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running. Side wall thickness: 40mm


5.Auto Electrical Cutting Device

1) Adopts post cutting, Stop to cut;

2) The cutting blade material is Cr12 Mov.with quenched treatment.

3) Adopts welded frame for good rigidity.

4) Cutting frame has been heat treatment to avoid final product deformation. Cutting length tolerance is ±1.5mm.

5) The power of cutting is provided by electrical power.

The final product can be cut as per set length in PLC controller, and the length is automatically measured by encoder.  When final product reaches the set length, machine will stop to cut the product automatically. Finish this action, machine will run again continuously.


6.PLC Control System:

1) This system uses Mitsubishi PLC to control the all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.

2) Mitsubishi converter adjusts speed technology, realize the automatic production.

3)  Touch screen is input and canceled the working data.

4)  Friendly man-machine interface system can be set batches to the workpiece, length, quantity, etc.

5)  Encoder count, having function of count and measuring length.

6)  Suitable power voltage: 380V/50Hz, 3 phases (can be designed according to buyer’s requirement)


7.Product Rack (un-powered):

1)  They are used to put the final product when product coming out from cutting device.

2)  2pieces, Each piece length is 1.5m, total length is 3 meters.

3)  Collect the final product and final products is convenient to be stacked by workers.
