DESCRIPTION
Components description of steel deck forming machine
1.High Accuracy Shaft
Solid shafts dia. 82mm.
Solid steel shafts are being tooling twice with grinding machine to ensure final precision. Guarantee buyer get high accuracy sheet from Zhongyuan made machine
2.No.45 Steel processed by CNC machine
All Rollers manufactured from 45# steel
CNC machines can improve rollers precision.
Chromate finish on surface to add hardness of rollers.
3.Design bearings inside forming rollers
Design bearings inside the rollers to allow machine run with less loading so that rollers not easy to damage.
Ensure the same speed between all the rollers, no speed difference between rollers, improve the forming accuracy.
Bearings are helping to prolong machine life. Our made forming machines are allowed using more 15 years.
4.Main machine body
Machine frame made from H450 type steel by welding
Side wall thickness:235Mpa with thickness of 20mm
Grooves are designed between the connection-wall to prevent movement of the connect-wall and enhance stability.
Motor Driving, Gear /Sprocket driving transmission, about 44-steps stations to form
Main Motor=11KWx2, Frequency speed control
All the screw bolts with grade 8.8(Some other factories use low grade4.8) to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running.
Forming speed 20-25m/min.
All processed rollers are assembled on the carpet to avoid scratching on the rollers’ surface.
5.Automatic Cutting system
1) Adopts post cutting, Stop to cut;
2) The cutting blade material is Cr12 mov. with quenched treatment.
3)It is punching cutting style, there is one 8mm waste steel strip after each cutting,to extend the knife
life and reduce deck sheet deformation.
4) Cutting frame has been heat treatment to avoid final product deformation.
5) The power of cutting is provided by hydraulic station.
6) The final product can be cut as per set length in PLC controller, and the length is automatically measured by encoder. When final product reaches the set length, machine will stop to cut the product automatically. Finish this action, machine will run again continuously.
6.PLC Control System
1) This system uses Mitsubishi PLC to control the all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.
2) Mitsubishi converter adjusts speed technology, realize the automatic production.
3) Touch screen is input and canceled the working data.
4) Friendly man-machine interface system can be set batches to the workpiece, length, quantity, etc.
5) Encoder count, having function of count and measuring length.
6) Suitable power voltage: 440V/60HZ/3Phase (can be designed according to buyer’s requirement)
